I am live with more money than you can possibly imagine, on micro future contracts on the CME, a regulated futures exchange the Indian government knows nothing about.
That is why I keep getting robocalls from India who tell me that I owe the IRS gobs of money because I did not do this or that. All I need to do is provide the reps in Mumbai or Bombay my private info, and I can clear up the confusion.
