i must thank @IamTheCasino for his comments about market cycle and some other things......made things very clear to me.......

and made trading Brooks way very simple.

i must say i totally did not understand him until it was made clear to me

after many journals which all had names 'winning' but lost and now one that has 'losing' but winning...

maybe William was wrong ' what is in a name?..' there is a lot in a name .....in reverse

i would not read too much into the profitability thing..this is a demo and in live you do not unlimited funds to trade with

and you are also under a great deal of pressure to make money.....most of the time markets do not move enough to let you do that

After all of your years and years and years of reading all the books you have read, Brooks, Thorpe, whomever else, and after ALL THOSE POSTS YOU MADE about how you found the simplest system in the world, and how everyone was wasting THEIR time trying to follow the same path in learning, you have finally settled on showing us THIS...

A journal you call a loser, which makes 2 bux per week on micro FX lots on a sim account.

Dude, even I knew when to drop the sim BS from the journal section, and made a separate thread on sim trading in the Psycho section. Look for it, it is there. The title is something like "Post your BS sim fake journal here".

Actually...that's true...a trade journal should be useful to the person that started the journal.

Yet, some people (the viewer) think that a trade journal posted in a public forum should be beneficial to the viewer. Further, you did put a disclaimer statement in the title of this trade journal...read at your own risk.

That's another way to explain this journal is for you and not for others.

At the same time, if a trade journal is only for you (it only helps your trading)...the trade journal should be private (not public) and should be self-serving. Yet, the benefits of a public journal is that others may see a problem you're doing and say something you didn't know or forgotten the importance to get you back on track if you had fallen off the track.

This forum has private message section. Have you thought about making a private trade journal in the private message section and then you can then just invite other members whenever you want ???

I know another ET member that has his trade journal in the private message section and private invites trader (friends) from other forums to join ET to view his private message (private trade journal)...he loves it and states it works very well for him and his friends.

Note: You need a minimum of one participant in your private message (trade journal) to create a private trade journal. It'll minimize the trolling because you'll be in complete control...as in the moderator of your own trade journal which is something you can not do in the public section of ET forum.

Pretty much, I gave up on him years ago. It doesn't matter what anyone (including himself) says, he will go back to doing the stuff he does because... void. He's not going to change.
