i found what i was searching for for along long time: i have found a way to filter brooks buy and sell set ups-H1,H2,H3,H4... L1,L2,L3,L4 - I now know which ones to take and which, not to take.

that is a major break through for me.

i think it will reflect immediately in my trading stats from today.

i can now concentrate on ironing out the rest of my trading wrinkles.
 
this is so far today.......as usual buy sell bey sell total confusion in my mind........it happens every day at this time before europeon markets open and i still start trading at this time.......insanity

from tomorrow i will wait for London opening before i sit on computer and see if that improves my stats

changed my attitude to trading.....there are so many opportunities so it does not really matter if some are missed.

decided to grind it out........do nothing great...just plog along and wait for the big kill if it comes along

i used to think i have to trade this....i have to.......no there is nothing i have to do
