Traders capital is kept separate from our trading capital, thus they can withdraw with a 30 day notice. Some traders, with some basic qualifications, can start with $15K or so... our biggest attraction is from the "PDT" type traders who are stuck putting up $25K but still have nowhere near enough capital to trade with (IMO)...it takes a $mil or more just to do opening only trades properly, and sometimes up to 30 to one overnight to effectively trade pairs and megers etc.
