You obviously never worked on Wall Street. While it's as close to a meritocracy as it is possible, the deck is stacked against women. It's a structural issue and will take years to correct.
Structural issue? Is it the same structural issue as far less women working in construction industry and more women than men are registered nurses?

A female standing in the way of the bull, making it stop in its tracks? Perhaps I'm bad at interpreting art.

Modern art LOL-LOL. Not a prediction , but that girl is not real, the real right hand edge photo is upward sign.Fake news said, past[ 50 days] the DOW was up 12 days in a row; well the WSJ index may have LOL, but DIA which is really traded-invested , was nowhere near that. I have used kids crayons , so i mean no disrespect for kids. LOL.

What I can't figure out is why women are not required to register for Selective Service (draft) when they turn 18 like men are.

Shouldn't EVERYTHING be equal?
That's what they say at least.

No, it's not. There are no physical constraints, if anything, my experience has been that women make better traders and asset managers then men. However, at different stages of their career, they encounter issues specific to gender. I can elaborate but I honestly doubt anyone on ET cares.

What physical constraint for a man to be a registered nurse?
