A list of all scam unregulated 3rd party educational vendors

Quote from edbar:

I don't get the purpose of this list.

If ONE person has a bad experience with a company or product then that company goes on the SCAM list?

If that is the case, then EVERY COMPANY in the world will be on that list. Because no product or company can satisfy the likes of EVERY PERSON.

I'm glad you people are not in charge of the school library system, or you would end up burning every book in the library.

The purpose of this list should be to list REAL SCAMS, not LEGITIMATE companies, who have a couple dissatisfied customers.

Personally, I don't like Burgerking whoppers, and I found a nat floating in a bottle of coke one time. Please add Burgerking and Coka Cola to this list. Seriously, I do not like their burgers and I will never drink another coke. I have been an actual user of both of their products and speak from REAL EXPERIENCE and can tell you 100% that I do not like them. I am not someone who THINKS he does not like it, but have not tried it. In my case, I have tried these products and I DO NOT LIKE THEM. Again, please add these "scam" companies to your list.

Either add them to the list or explain why not!!!!!!!

They meet the criteria of the opening post "Care if anybody list of all scam unregulated 3rd party educational vendors and why. this will help newbies avoid subscribing them" They're third party unregulated and a scam like the rest.

I'm just trying to understand this process, as I await notice that Burgerking and Coke are added to the list.

I am not familiar with Affinity Trading, so I will contact them later, and possibly every other name on the list.

So you took a "paid" course at Affinity Trading, and were scammed? Is that what you are saying?

Yes and the SEC has been contacted

I see you work for customersupport@cool-trade.com / http://www.cool-trade.com .... Are you looking to change careers or something? If so good luck, curious here to why the attack, are you in anyway have a business relationship there(affinity) or maybe ill call cool-trade and see

That sounds like it could be a legitimate reason to call them scammers. However, maybe a little more information may be helpful.

For instance:

1. did they just take your money and blow you off.
2. or did they send you the training materials, and you didn't think they were sufficient.
3. or did you take the course, and then when you went and took the test, you didn't pass. <while they promised you would pass after taking the course>.

I ask this because "teach me to trade" type courses are very subjective. People could teach you how to reach charts and graphs and technical indicators. But learning all of that does not ensure that you will make money trading.

I think the attack is on how someone can list a legitimate company like CoolTrade on a scam list when they have never used the product at all. It has nothing to do with affinity.

No, the poster is questioning my post. In his profile he says to work at customer support for cool trade. Why i asked is investigations go on and i made the post to protect the traders and im curious if this is a general question or this poster has some affiliation with the Co in question. In any event, trying to protect traders from getting scammed

Yes, I am the CEO of CoolTrade, as everyone knows. Just click on EDBAR and you will see that.

DietSoda, I only pointed out Affinity because you just made the post. So I thought you could help me understand the process.

I thought the questions that I asked you were very straight forward and could help determine if you are just a dissatisfied customer of Affinity or if they really are a 100% corrupt company.

The person making the accusation should be the one to PROVE the company is a scam. Contrary to popular opinion, every person in the world is not on the EliteTrader board, and therefore we cannot count on a company's HAPPY customers to come forward to defend the company. So it should be up to the accuser to present evidence that the company is a scam.

Otherwise, this is a witchhunt board and as I stated before, every book in the library will be burned, unless there are firm rules for adding companies to the list.

At this point, let the regulators take over. I don't want to ruin this case and have more victims out there. Choose wisely and good luck in your trading ventures

I agree. This can probably only be resolved through the legal process.

Go out and get some sun! It's Sunday.

Cheers!
