I guess we disagree here, you hold yourself out as a vendor and an educator, nothing wrong with that. Every claim you make in that capacity you should be able to validate, if you say you make $XXXXX per year, statements please, you have a fund and manage money, name of fund to verify on nfa site, you can levitate over the grand canyon, post it on youtube! Validation, honesty, transpearncy, that's all!

This has turned into a witchhunt circus that has nothing to do with public offers, sales and marketing or anything available to the public.

If I want to trade someone(s) else account and I operate within the legal parameters set forth by my broker and clearing firm, if that is between private parties with no public access, it means nothing to the spirit of this asnine thread.

So let's not try spanning bridges over oceans here. I have other non-trading business ventures that the public can access... do I need disclose them too for fair business practice?

The OP and others stated what I'm doing in private is illegal. I'm saying it is 100% sound. Said business operation is not available or offered to anyone in public, so the burden of proof does not lie in my court. The burden of proof that I'm doing something improper lies with the accusor(s)

So that's where you stand... right alongside the OP. Don't ask me to defend some sandbox mudslinging in a kitty litter box when it's not my place to be there in the first place.
