A lethal illness

Quote from DT-waw:

Folks,
All dis-eases, i repeat: ALL of them, incl. cancer, hair & skin problems, internal organs, eyesight, bronchitis, asthma, high blood pressure, strokes, heart attacks, impotence - you name it...

have ONE, single root cause: clogged or constricted blood vessels.
your vessels can have small diameter due to psychological stress which results in permament muscle tension. More often however, blood vessels are clogged by MUCUS, calcium and undigested food waste. Also undigested drugs.

The only real and effective cure is to remove this crap from all vessels, arteries, large and small.

Hint: if patient will continue to ingest drugs, meat, white rice, cheeses, anything which does not come from plant kingdom - his condition can only be worse.

each of us has the option to either eat fruits, vegetables, herbs, seeds and stay healthy...
OR
clogg your arteries by eating animal products. Choice is yours.
Our hearts pump ***millions**** of gallons of blood during our lifetime.
You can either make it easier for the heart and all organs to transport oxygen and minerals to every cell or you can make it really really harder or impossible. Which do you prefer?
Sadly, Western people already made a choice. Congratulations!

keywords: arnold ehret (author of mucusless diet book), dr sebi, bernando lapallo (112 yrs old, without gray hair), alkaline diet.

Ehret was a quack. Lapallo may be lying about his age.

Move along folks, nothing to see here...

yeah, better to continue clogging your arteries with milk products , juicy steaks and pharma drugs :D

every lethal illness is still a mystery.... uhm, you gotta listen to your doctor and big pharma which admit they DO NOT know what is the root cause of any disease.
nonetheless, they perfectly know how to sell you their stuff , wow :p

In past five years I been told to get my things in order twice. One surgery was done in the states and heart stopped twice on table, but got me going again. Had to travel to UK for another surgery that USA says too risky, HAA, that's funny and lived through that. Got Prostrate cancer 1.5 yrs ago, keeping my fingers crossed last Fridays' chemo last one I have to take. Mid May passed out from blood clots to both lungs, organs and thigh, took the more radical approach to dissolve parts of them. Six doctors all said I should have died from the clots, I even saw the film and I agreed. I am 56yo.

Fuck dieing gracefully, most of us think we are sixteen and only our body knows differently. 25% is damed better odds than I had, LOL. The way I look at it, only God or whatever you believe in knows whether you going now or another 30 years from now. I have a friend who is 90, fought in WWII and Korea, he is in better shape than me, I have to almost jog to keep up to him walking, so 71 is pretty young. Brain is very powerful, you keep upbeat around you, you have much better chance of winning your life back. The other option, well.....

Inspirational to hear about you fighting through all that!

Glad you're still with us.

Cheers

Thanks for your input everyone.

She is going to go out fighting like hell, hoping for the small chance of a "cure".

Great advice about the juicer etc., that one of you made earlier. We are in active discussion with the doctor how to maintain her diet throughout this process. She is still on a waiting list for the chemo treatment. We'll know better in a couple of weeks whether or not she will pull through this. The is intense chemo, that will leave her immune system destroyed after the first week of treatment. God help her, if you believe in such an entity.

I still chose to relate this to trading. Don't give up without one hell of a fight, but know where to cut your losses.

Honestly, I want to believe stuff like this, I really do. But there is no real data to back this up. I've seen far too many people who abuse their bodies with bad food, alcohol, drugs and never exercise and live to be 95 and I see vegetarians, vegans and other holistic types keel over at 50. Enough to question the data. I'm not saying you are wrong, I really wish it was as simple as you make it out to be.

My own personal theory about this is that the worst thing on the body is not dairy or meat or drugs, but stress. I've seen people with 4% bodyfat in perfect health who have stressful lives who succumb to cancer and heart disease at very early ages. And then I see people who who don't do those things but are very happy people who always see the glass half full and somehow they get through everything.

Now I'm not saying one can be obese and smoke 3 packs of cigs a day or drown themselves in liquor and just be happy and they will be fine. So let's be reasonable. Say a person does exercise, eats "generally" well, drinks in moderation but yet has a low stress life, I believe that person will long outlive the vegan or vegetarian who has stress.

Stress is really fascinating, especially considering many of us here are traders. One of the reasons why Europeans live longer then us despite having diets high in saturated fats, they eat all animal all the time, drink a lot, smoke a lot and man do they go to town on pastries. But their stress levels are surprisingly low. And as a result, they stay thin, live longer and have less cancer. I really believe stress is the key variable here.

I've watched how people's health can deteriorate when they lose their job or go through a divorce while all other factors stay the same. Studies have even show how people who commit murder or other crimes without getting caught yet die away slowly from stress every day.

I think the first thing I would do if I got really sick is move to the coast somewhere, maybe Hawaii. And eliminate all stress from my life. Certainly focus on nutrition as well, but really get away from the masses and live in a peaceful environment.

BTW, there was an interesting study that just came out. It showed that people with terminal cancer or other serious diseases showed drastic improvements when moved from a hospital say in the midwest to one near the ocean with a view. They studied thousands of patients and simply changing their location to a serene and peaceful area turned their health around. Again relating to the stress factor.

good analysis (i think / suspect)

Yeah Maverick-- my great grandmother smoked and drank a 2 liter bottle of coca cola almost daily and she lived untill 99--- rarely sick, physically healthy appearance and mentally sharp until she just dropped walking her dog.

Maybe it's the alternative med folks selling us a bill of goods?

surf

By the way Mav, why wait until you are sick to move to the coast and enjoy life? Read the 4 hour work week and join Baron ( he suggested the book to me) and I living that lifestyle. After my divorce, I have destressed majorly--- now getting into shape and slimming down ---are my goals. Aligning my body with my mind.

Stress, of course its a major, HUGE factor.
Ultimately, the impact of stress is very similar to arteries clogged by mucus and calcium. How?
When you're stressed, you have muscle tensions. When muscles (incl. plenty of the small ones) are tense, they press on blood vessels resulting in poorer blood flow. Voila, mystery solved.
I had this exact problem for many years (being a trader...)
I know that one can have tense muscles *almost* ALL the time. Grind teeth at night. Stiff neck and shoulders.

Relaxed blood flow is what we all need to live a healthy and long life.

The same reason is behind gray hair. Everyone knows that stress contributes to going gray. Many say its because stress depletes vitamins and minerals. Could be, but the immediate effect is: constriction of blood vessels which ultimately should nourish hair with melanin!

We can simply judge a persons health just by looking at his/her hair. The loss of pigment is always a very bad sign.

The other thing which shortens life besides poor circulation are usually parasites. These are much easier to treat than cancer.
