"A Laughingstock in Paris"

I am not a gambling man. I have traded since 1997, I am 53 years old. How old are you?

I am 54, 55 August 6. You can pretty much tell the young and old here. The young love Obama, the olders ones know better.(g)

Well, Doc seemed fairly intelligent, I didn't know.

I think Doc mentioned his family had a lot of oil producing land in Texas.

I noticed that those that live of their parents tend to like Obama too.

It's funny. I had to ax my wifey. I forgot how old I was. She says 44.

I've traded professionally since '89...that much i remember.

Great lets agree to disagree. We both know whose right(g).

When I first moved to NOLA I lived in Harvey, then I moved to NO East. This was in 1981-1986.

Remember 4141 or Cooter Browns or Fat Tuesday? I knew pretty much all the bartenders in the Qtr. Crazy times.

John

I frequented the Quarter and I remember Fat Tuesdays.I don't remember the bars I went to,but there was this bar that had these green drinks called hand grenades, best drinks I ever had.I also loved how you could party and drink 24 hours a day if you wanted too :D

That may have been Pat O'Briens. I never went there. I hung out in the local places and then hit the "Dungeon" when it opened at midnight.

Remember the Dungeon?

You should be a wealthy man because you had 10 years before the nascrash.

LOL...If you remember that much you also would remember that my was Mom was a State of Texas accountant and my Dad was Texas State Game Warden. Two State employees that didn't have two nickles to rub together that allowed their son to go off to the Marine Corps. Does sound like anyone with a silver spoon his mouth? LOL...I wish.

Rude Crude was $6-8 back then we lost money on shit for many decades. We made more money on grazing and hunting rights than crude. But I never saw a dime of that of that money either.
