A good tool for to get earnings summary/snapshot by email?

Hey,

I'm wondering if anyone knows about a service that summarizes the latest earnings reports and can send them to my email in the morning pre-market?

I am aware that some companies report pre-market and may not be included in the morning email, but I'm looking for a service that can provide some of the important metrics (Sales / Growth / EPS / Beat or Miss ) and may maybe provide additional analysis that I can base my trades on.
