A Georgia businessman is making his employees get concealed weapons permits

I don't like his choice of handgun as a gift to employees. "The Judge" is a novelty firearm at best. If the guy was serious he would be giving the employees a 1911 style handgun.

You can load it with 4/10, plus revolvers are much easier to use. Point and pull. But I didn't see that in the article?

But yes, if he's going to the trouble to arm his employees, don't stop with just permits, pay to have them properly trained and equipped.

Depends. 1911 requires more operator skill and training. Judge is a simple point and shoot piece, plus it's somewhat more concealable. Even as a revolver, it wouldn't be my choice but it might make sense for people who are not going to get a lot of training.

Dumb idea. He might want to offer paying for training and some kind of financial assistance, but making it mandatory? Great idea, until one of his employees kills someone. Better be a righteous, no if, and, or buts about it kind of shooting.

Yeah i agree this is a very stupid business decision on this guys part, if anything goes wrong with one of these guns guess whose getting sued.
