1) A Marine who was worth a crap would never refer to himself as a former "Marine".

2) Why should I think this guy is some sort of expert (on gun control) just because he's a marine.

Because his ruling was cowardly. It wasn't in Heller.

I actually have the ability to read an opinion and discern if it is well-reasoned or not and make comments accordingly.
