A few reasons why I am shorting this bounce

was just thinking the same thing...

can't believe this ET sometimes.. a perfectly good discussion on market isssues turns into some childish ego-based bulls**t.

Don't know how one can trade if they lead with their emotions and ego all the time, as reresented by the acrimony on some of these threads! Amazing that on a website of traders you find the most b.s. Traders are supposed to be open-minded, flexible, patient and humble... at least that is my take on what mind-set makes for the best percetion of the markets.

Basically, it's always the self-appointed ET policeman waggie who is responsible for wrecking threads with his jealousy. You guys should reprimand him or he'll never stop.

Quote from waggie945:

First of all, my good buddy Riskarb set-up a meeting in Chicago on the corner of LaSalle Street and Eugenie one day to compare trading records with $50,000 going to the trader with the best track record over the past 5 years, and guess what . . . your buddy James was a NO SHOW! not once, but twice!
From press reports and reliable eyewitness accounts, JS was in fact on his way to the meeting when a freak gust of wind caught the 9 year audit he was carrying under his arm. Despite repeated attempts at retrieving the airborne documents, JS felt that 23 pages out of a total of 135 would not adequately substantiate his claims. The sight of a 6'3" gentleman, wrapped in what appeared to be .38 round ammo belts, waiting nervously on LaSalle and Eugenie and carrying a boom-box blasting out the theme song from "The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly", didn't help matters either.

I didn't have to bet James Stock.

Of course you don't. Because you know he is a crackerjack trader, and you know you would lose. Oy vey, to lose a bet to JS would just kill you.

I suggest that you close down this thread.

It's a shame that our little boy James has once again returned with his usual dose of bi-polar BS. I tried discussing the markets, but when James Stock shows up, the thread is bound to be thrown into the Chit-Chat Forum.

I alone, will make sure of that.

That's what I read as well!:)

Dude, I will hunt you down to the end of the Earth and make sure that your BS doesn't appear on ET.

That you can be certain of.

Can you say, "psychotic, stalking loony?"

Wouldn't you rather just make a bet with JS? Or are you acknowledging that he is a good trader, armed with a very respectable track record?

I agree. Its such as shame that the so called experts or gurus or whatever they think they are, spoil a perfectly good discussion.

It really make you think, how can someone who says they are a trader, trade when all they do is criticize others, pound there chest in egotistical fallacy, and make postings on ET every five minutes!!!! How can do you do this and be a good trader?

:)

Sounds like he's talking about you waggie. I guess you don't have the fan base you fantasize about.

I am not a self-proclaimed Guru, far from it.

I do know James Stock BS when I see it and Grand Master B's defense of himself is typical when the Haldol isn't taken. Or am I wrong and we should always let people tell everyone on a website that a strategy of selling "naked" calls does not have infinite risk?
