A few health tips for traders...

health tip ...

for stateside folk and others anywhere in the world ... all welcome, muslims and jews too :D

next time you go to a Thai restaurant in your town or city, talk to the manager and ask if she/he can make these dishes for you ... ?

Tom Yam Kung (pronunciation ... Tom yahm koong) (prawn soup)

Khao soy gai (----------------- ... Kha-o soy gah-e) (chicken with special noodles and veggies in magic broth)

Insist on authenticity - the latter is a northern specialty.

Both have medicinal properties, but the former is sheer magic for stomach and gastro disorders - so soothing in fact that foreigners swear by it. It never fails to send me to paradise 2, esp. considering I already live in Paradise 1. :)

If you like it, go on down to the local Thai market and buy the ingredients and have wifey make it for you a few times/week.

regards :)
the THAI food have many chili in it, is it good for trader to eat something like that?

Im back and just to add a few things I have read about. Do your own google search, but all of this seems like common sense.

- A RESTING pulse over 70 dramatically increases your chances of heart disease.

- Vitamin D is produced when you are out in the sun. Most Americans are not out in the sun and so they are deficient of it. A supplement of Vitamin D can't hurt. The recommended daily dosage is 400 iU. Do your own searches on the dosage that may be right for you...

I disagree with the coffee statement. Caffeine is a toxin. It's even more toxic for your body if you put powdered chalk in your coffee.

Bullshit. Coffee is loaded with antioxidants, acts as an appetite suppressant, and has thermogenic properties.

Very, very healthy.

Agreed! I guess I get "high" from cardio, and lifting weights. The part many who exercise miss is, it's always prudent to let muscles recover with 8hrs sleep, PROPER nutrition (6-7 small meals/day), and hydration in order to get the max effects.

Btw, don't look down! Lol!!!!!!!! Still laughing at that one!:D

There's zero benefit whatsoever to the whole "6-7 small meals" myth. The whole notion of it "stoking the metabolic fire" is laughable.

3 big meals per day is the way to go, and only have an 8 hour feeding window per day.

Correct.

I also take a multi-vitamin, a Calcium supplement, and Fish Oil.

-MV is pretty obvious.
-Calcium boosts testosterone and excretes fat.
-Fish Oil does basically everything for you.

Everyone should be supplementing with these.

Yeah, thai food has some awesome chillies, but if you're not used to it, go easy at first.

The last thing a trader needs is a volcanic asshole.

Q: What do blondes do with their assholes in the morning?
A: Pack their lunch and send them to work.

Quote from automateddaytra:

if the chili is your favour, I think have no problems toeat it, and you feel delicious :D

For constipation, instead of using medication/drugs, just add a few yellow chillies to your lunch/dinner and watch your asshole go philosophic, the white phosphorous notwithstanding.

Why don’t little girls fart?
Because they don’t get assholes until they’re married.
