A detailed,free program that tracks amount downloaded,uploaded ?

Been using it for years. When I got broadband years ago I had to have something that would let me see the "computers talk" like I used to have back in the dial up days.

Nothing pissed me off more not knowing whether a page just was flat out not responding, or if it was just taking too long...

This program will track up/downloads by day month ect ect, and can even export to excel.
