A Cramer Must See.

8/10..... PM Cramer said on Realmoney that Lone Star was backing out of the deal and there will be a lawsuit on Monday am. On the interview he said the deal was "iron clad" with a performance fee that "had" to be paid unless LS went b-rupt. I thought he was an attorney and as we all know there is NOTHING "ironclad" that can't be weasled out of by a good lawyer.

BTW Cramer isn't the only one (guru..analyst) that has missed BIG time lately :D
