A Car Czar....Who Has Never Made Cars

america has turned russian with all the czars...lol...could it be that the problem is that anyone connected to the auto industry at some point or the other led to this decline?
 
The bottom line here is that the nominated person is a typical
"cost cutter" who will not be concerned with "stepping on any toes"....

However....one would think one should know something about making cars, before they get to oversee making cars....

You want a surgeon working on you that has never done it before, etc...?

Who knows....
