A call for Nasdaq 3000 in 2011 and a call for help

I'm fairly confident we will see a rise in the Nasdaq Composite to test the 3000 level this year.

At the same time I wish to heavily invest in such call and I'm looking for help on what would be the most prudent way to do so as my background is trading and not medium term investing.

I could easily go Qs full size and sit tight but something tells me there are more intelligent ways to approach this matter.

Your experience is appreciated. Thank you kindly.

I'm very bullish as well on the q's. I am thinking mid to high 70's within 12-18 months.

As far as best way to trade it.. IMO that is best left to yourself.

Trying to stimulate some thinking from fellow traders that happen to share the bullish scenarios.
 
Unfortunately, the only way I can trade it is through re-balancing. Currently, do not have any other means.

If I had no restrictions and a sizable amount of risk capital I would start averaging into NQ now during this pullback.
