Its not really possible to get 100% from the market we are trading in. Better to get out of the profit which is good for you to lead a comfortable life.

I have experinced this myself, many many times.

Basically its anxiety of losing and trying to make back losses with "luck" then losses worsen and losses get bigger and bigger, this is the hardest part of trading, NOT trading and STOP trading, there are many ways to view the markets and put on a trade...
