In 2014 all Americans will be required to have health insurance.The poor will get government subsidies to to pay for healthcare
Those with incomes up to 350â400% of the federal poverty level will pay a maximum of 10 % of their income on health ins.those with incomes of 100â150% of federal poverty level will pay a maximum of 4 % of their income on health ins
Medicaid eligibility will be expanded. Individuals with income up to 133% of the poverty line qualify for coverage, including adults without dependent children
a maximum of $2000 annual deductible for a plan covering a single individual or $4000 annual deductible for any other plan
No more"pre existing conditions" denials. Many blacks who get turned down for health ins due to high blood pressure or other "pre existing conditions" will be able to get coverage

Currently insurers can deny you insurance based on pre existing conditions,deny claims for BS reasons and drop your coverage for BS reasons even if you wanted to pay for it yourself
In the real world I dont expect someone making min wage to afford the services of doctors and hospitals.1 trip to the hospital can cost what they make in a year

Yeah, I'm pretty libertarian... It was sarcasm. Petasmo or whatever his name can have tunnel vision of literalism sometimes, and is not always the most perceptive about the actual nature of some remarks. It's okay just a misunderstanding. 
But what he said was true, Jesse Jackson and many other black leaders claim that only whites can be racist. Thank god for black leaders such as Larry Elders and that other black conservative talk show host in Atlanta who's name I forgot. They are the ACTUAL heroes of the black community.
