A bit cliche, but reflect on this...

Redneck, good thinking. I can understand where you're coming from with the line of thought. Different than mine.... both make sense.

Thank You - And I am with ya 100% :)

Does this ring true for you?

r u saying traders take what dont belong to them and they dont earn their money?

cause if thats the case its probably the most outlandish statement made on an online trading board ive ever heard

Should be.. for HALF of all Americans... Democrats!

When a man looks into the abyss, and he finds nothing looking back at him, that's when he finds his character.

Does any of this drivel in this thread have anything to do with trading profitably. NO.

It's also why many narcissistic sociopaths rise to the top because, in their minds, they've always earned it, no matter whom they used or abused to get what they wanted.

So yes, this is a pretty interesting question as it does have quite a bit to do with one's one sense of entitlement, accomplishment, merit, etc...I suppose that everyone has a very complex set of beliefs that do regulate this sense of deserving, and obviously in something as psychologically complex as trading, these types of questions are front and center.
