- ARM gaps up and holds while SPY heads a little lower
- long over the tight higher low (wanted .51, got a .50 fill)
- out -0.06

- SPY was beginning to try and retrace up
- RIMM stayed at it's lows
- short under tight lower high
- out +0.22 in a hurry

- IBM shows a ton of strength from the open, no pullbacks
- very strong vs. SPY
- long over the tight higher low
- ticked out out -0.20
- i should have had stop at .81 to give a little wiggle room with the spread..

- SPY is making new highs at this point
- RIMM still near the lows.
- This was a short on the 5min chart
- out +0.28

- Trading after the fed minutes was just awful
- GILD at the lows while SPY was heading higher from 3pm on
- out -0.05

I actually talked myself out of long at 93.32 over the 10:30 bar because i was heading out the door to the office..

i didn't pull up a POT chart at work until just before noon. sick.

- SPY puts in 3 red bars and POT stays at it's highs putting in a tight higher low
- Long over the higher low as SPY turns

I concur! I bought 300 shares of WFMI thanks to a lil birdie, went to lunch....came back was up +1.90. Who knew.
