A 70k bet that I can't make a 50% gain in 2009

Sometimes trying to out think the market bites you right in the $#%@.
Fri a.m. I will continue to look for short patterns and bypass the long patterns that I may see. The sell-off yesterday makes the daily charts look weak again. We may get some rallies throughout the day, but since 8 of my last 9 long trades have gone for losses I will keep the short hat on.

Mon a.m.
With a gap down after a decent daily move down I will look for ONE long scalp early. After that I will continue to bypass the long set-ups and key on shorts. The longs I took the past 2 weeks have been losers 8 of 9 times, so I need to seee either a climax in the sell-off or a higher low on the daily charts before I commit to more longs.
