The seller may be a fun-loving practical joker, but seems to ignore not only the other copy for sale right next to his for nearly 2% of his asking price, but also the admittedly exotic concept of a 100% free interlibrary loan through your local public library.
 
Interesting marketing ploy. He just might get it esp if it was signed. Or it may be a give away to promote the movie and prevent ebay sellers from pimping out memorabilia

My library charges $3 with no guarantee of getting filled!! they always do but it feels like trading placing an order with them.
