990 petition

Did the petition I read about on this forum ever get circulated because it doesn't seem like anything has changed, 990 still controls the trade with his fake orders.

What disturbs me not the fact that he does it but the fact that he's been able to continually do it with no consequences.

What is the message here from the merc? If you have enough money you can do whatever you want?

Any thoughts?

I dont' care what he does, it's very easy to recognize nor am I complaining about it because it's only suckers that fall for it.
 
It's fake because he has no intentions of having any of it filled, he's getting out of a long when he bids it and a short when he offers it.

Like the 1250 offered in the minis this am that was there for about 3 seconds.

my question was whether or not the petition was ciruculated that's all, if you guys get all bent out of shape over it then forget it, it's not a big deal.
 
i don't understand what you are so upset about. Trading is all about doing one thing while looking like your doing something else. If you go with the flow, you lose like 85% of most traders. My suggestion is that if you recognize something odd, instead of complaining, turn it around and use it to your advantage.
 
Ok, it's not manipulative it's perfectly great, I even love the guy for doign it, if I ever meet him I will give him a hug, thank him and buy him a beer.

NO shit, I know how to trade buddy but thanks for the help. I'm a spread trader anyways so these little fluctuations don't matter to me.

I never complained about it either, I was merely stating a fact.
