I seriously don't do business with people I don't like.
Have fun storming the castle...then!
I seriously don't do business with people I don't like.
I'd benefited from it 3 times in futures. Lost out because of lack of it 1 time in Forex.I trade Forex too. Not sure why you are telling me to trade only one. Both have advantages, and disadvantages.
Tell me what the "bloated lie" is that I supposedly said. I can back up everything I have said.

I agree and hey. Have a nice weekend guys and don't get your panties to far in a twist.I deleted the last part because I had a too quick trigger finger. I apologize for that.
Being a sponsor makes no difference here, I get no special treatment, and I do not need any.
So can we at least agree that the CFTC does have regulation on the retail Forex market? I see that as being very clear.
I was wrong for calling you a liar even though you didn't prove anything. I don't see why you would lie about something like that.Had a forex account with a broker that went under. Never got all my money back from them.
Had 3 futures accounts over the years with brokers that went bust. Got all my money back in each case, because other firms stepped in to take on positions, etc. Made whole in each case.
Sorry, not a "bloated lie."
I'm just used to getting attacked by other members of the options and futures forums. My mistake..This is why I need to stay out of discussions...
The guy I tried to support calls me a liar.
The guy I tried to educate reads "CFTC...regulates...retail FOREX" yet refuses to acknowledge that.
Crazy stuff for a rainy Saturday.
Peace Out.
It's regulated by the CTFC but you know this because you know everything about trading that you feel you should come and comment on a thread that is out of your league. You know, a person that can't shut up for long enough to learn something are the dumbest people you could ever encounter. The problem with most of you so called traders on ET is you think you know everything and you clearly don't. I don't have to explain what you don't know. It's speaking for itself..
Here is what I saw:
"provide the CFTC with broad authority to register and regulate entities wishing to serve as counterparties to, or to intermediate, retail foreign exchange (forex) transactions. The final rules become effective October 18, 2010."
You said "The CFTC does not regulate the FOREX market. "
