Quote from Larson:
I don't think anybody really knows the whole story of what or who was behind the attack, including you or I. I keep an open mind, it is always best, as the extremes on both ends become zealots, as this thread show from the truthers to the anti-truthers. The government does appear to have been completely caught off guard , but an attempt was made in 1993, so they had precedent, at least to watch for something. I am an old-fashioned American, and a lot of changes have occurred in the wake of this one act. More than any in my lifetime. Seemingly more than necessary. And that may be the way it has to be, going into the future. Then again, maybe just chalk it up to "shit happens".
I never said I knew the whole story. I just don't believe in the extreme truther version of the story. That's all. I see no motive or logic that backs up the story.
You can go through your whole life not believe in anything anybody tells you and that basically sums up a conspiracy theorist. I should know, I was raised by one. When you go back through history and look through all the conspiracies even after all these years, they never were proven true. Not a single one of them. Why is that? Why does nobody talk? Why does nobody come forward. Why is evidence never found even decades later?
Who do you think shot Kennedy? Was their really an alien body in that hangar in Roswell, NM in 1947? Did we actually land on the moon? Did the CIA really invent the AIDS virus to control the population? Is the government secretly killing us off by forcing us to take vaccines? It never ends man. The only thing all these conspiracies have in common is not one of them has ever been proven to be true.
I think at the end of the day, some people are so bored with the fact that life is so random and meaningless that conspiracies actually give their life purpose. The search for truth.
