ttwo is buying out zynga. in the 8k for on january 10 2022 it says every share of zynga will be entitled to 3.50 cash shares of ttwo. I am trying to get an understanding of how much ttwo a zynga share holder will be entitled to receive. I am in the beginning of the form but am getting stuck when it lists the par values etc can someone please explain it to me.

dont worry about the par values. That’s an accounting/tax thing.
3.5 cash
6.36 worth of ttwo stock if ttwo stock is between like 155 and 181. Below 155, they get .0406 shares of stock.
