Certainly I'm not in favor of prohibiting money (healthcare ) but just how much money (healthcare resources) "THEY" (Your fellow citizens ) owes you just for existing is a practical problem without solution BECAUSE IT'S ABSURD.
One cannot have a "right " to another man's "labor/resources" the reality of supply and demand cannot be arbitrarily nor legislatively circumvented no matter how strongly you fweel about it.
Under such a system of asymmetrical (infinite)demand vs (limited) supply the guaranteed benefits will have to be so minimal that once again idiots such as yourself will take umbrage and moral indignation with the ubiquitously crappy service that is found.
So your question of why not expand such a system to everyone is a bit STUPID when coverage as it is now is already on an unsustainable trajectory.
