Yes. However I will note that there are plenty of criminal laws already existing on the book to prosecute this type of attack. HB2 in North Carolina would not have prevented the attack or helped in this situation.

Now let me ask... was the male pretending to be transgender to obtain access to the women's restroom?
 
not letting people with a penis in a room bathroom with girls and women is not an agenda. Its common sense and the way we existed since plumbing.

The agenda is pretending its ok if a man says he "identifies" as a women and creating laws around that fiction.

If common sense unfortunately makes things difficult on real transgender people. Lets find a way to help them... like one at time bathrooms.
