8 days to get money back from FXCM!!!

I was wrong when I assumed it took 5. That is how long it took those imcompitent bastards to release the funds. It then took the Bank of America 3 to 5 to process and put the fund back in my account. I would have gladly done a wire transfer but they assured me this process would be faster. I have never been more pissed off dealing with fuck ups in my life.

Plus there speads are to high and customer service sucks.

I strongly urge you guys to not to use FXCM or transfer to a more responsible broker.

One day! I had it put back on my debt card from my bank. They told me it was the fastest way. I find one day hard to believe. It took them three just to process the withdrawl.

i asked for a wire one day, they processed it the next, and it was in my account the next business day(monday).
