Rent the movie "Woodstock". (Probably the best documentary of all time).

Go to hang out on South Beach (Miami). Maybe you will decide a bit of "modesty" is actually a GOOD thing. But I agree, we are somewhat constrained by our cultural inhibitions. Don't know why. Wasn't like that when I was in college in the late '60's.
