76% of Republicans oppose the Citizens United ruling

Oh yeah. Because in our democracy it should be one dollar one vote, not one person one vote.

The US is becoming a plutocracy. Maybe you like that idea. I for one don't.

Plutocracy (from Ancient Greek ploutos, meaning "wealth", and kratos, meaning "power, rule") is rule by the wealthy, or power provided by wealth.

"the twin capitalist parties control all the main avenues for reaching the masses (the press, radio, halls, etcetera... they collect millions from their wealthy masters and spend them to bamboozle the public and buy elections". [6]

Nonsense.

We have a president who, for all his many shortcomings, rose from basically nothing and achieved the highest office in the land. His main supporters were far left socialist groups and black race hustlers. He defeated an establishment democrat candidate, Hillary Clinton, who enjoyed heavy business support.

Even now, his biggest support comes from the music and film industries and of course the liberal media. There are a lot of rich people behind him, but to call them plutocrats, with the exception of a few Buffetts and Gates, seems far-fetched to me.

Romney is a more traditional candidate with more business support, but a plutocrat? He is on record opposing the auto industry bailouts. He supports a zero tax rate on investment income for those earning less than $200,000 a year.

If you want to see what plutocracy looks like, look at Russia, china or India.

That is a laugh out loud stupid statement.
