7 Incontrovertible Truths About Clinton Dems Can't Ignore

1. Hillary is the first secretary of state ever to exclusively use a private email account for official business, or to host that account on a private email server in her own home.

2. When new broke of her private server, Hillary voluntarily handed over tens of thousands of emails on the server to the Department of State. She did this only after running all of them through her personal cabal of lawyers, who deleted half of them from the server on the grounds they were not work-related. Many of those deleted emails cannot be recovered.

3. The FBI opened up an investigation as a result of the email scandal, and while FBI Director James Comey did not find enough evidence to recommend charges against Hillary, he judged her “extremely careless” in her handling of classified information.

4. By accepting donations from foreign power players through the Clinton Foundation while she was secretary of state, Hillary turned what began as a philanthropic non-profit started by her husband into what is looking more and more like a channel for pay-to-play operations and influence peddling.

5. Recently released State Department documents reveal Hillary granted an audience to the crown prince of Bahrain while she was secretary of state — after he donated $32 million to the Clinton Foundation. The documents appear to show that her aide Huma Abedin functioned as the middleman between the State Department and donors to the Clinton Foundation.

6. More than half of the people Hillary met with while secretary of state either pledged or actually donated money to the Clinton Foundation, according to an Associated Press review of State Department calendars. Those 85 people provided her with up to $156 million, through donations from 40 people who gave more than $100,000 and from 20 people who gave more than $1 million.

7. Multiple FBI investigations of the Clinton Foundation are now underway, including a New York-based investigation led by U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara, who is known for aggressive tactics resulting in a lot of convictions of Wall Street insiders.

Make sure you cite that there was no criminal intent regarding the emails nor was it illegal to use a private email server. And that her emails indicate no pay-to-play involvement while Sec of State. Get a new party if you have to manufacture scandals to get elected.

Now in the far distant future, she'll most likely replace Jefferson on the nickel while Lincoln gets the boot for Obama. The first gay president will probably replace Washington on the quarter.

I believe the only thing that can potentially cost Hillary the upcoming election is email evidence of pay-to-play while she was Secretary of State involving donations from foreign leaders to the Clinton Foundation.

I don't doubt that there was pay-to-play but only if the firm evidence comes out before election day will it negatively impact her election.

I don't believe that Hillary's use of the private email server for classified information will cause her to be indicted, nor will Benghazi - the only thing that will bring her down is pay-to-play evidence.

This guy had "no criminal intent" either and yet he is going to jail. It is funny how the whole 1% vs 99% thing has seemed to disappear.

A lawyer for a 29-year-old sailor facing a felony charge for taking and keeping six photos of a submarine's propulsion system cited Hillary Clinton's mishandling of classified information this week to argue he should get probation instead of jail time.

In the case, Petty Officer 1st Class Kristian Saucier was facing up to 78 months in prison for his conviction on mishandling information. But a federal judge on Friday sentenced him to 12 months instead, as well as six months of low-level home confinement, three years post-release supervision and 100 hours of community service.

Hillary is indicted, found guilty, gets sentenced to prison, appeals conviction, gets it overturned, life is ruined....I'm ok with that.
Bharara better move fast with an indictment. It will be too late for him after Jan 20th, 2017. After that it would be up to the Senate, and with the new Democrat controlled Senate there's not much hope for Hillary getting her 2017 Thanksgiving turkey dinner in jail. And if she doesn't dine in jail in 2017, shes not going to. Eight years is orders of magnitude longer than the average attention span, which thanks to Madison Avenue is about 3 sec.

Personally I think the Preet Bharara show is just that, a show.

Bharara is a Dem.
