If this story is true, then I guess, since the Saudis are having trouble funding terrorism through Turkey, the Americans are doing their part by allowing "looting" aka, "giving away weapons."
This type of thing shouldn't come as a surprise, after all, it was the Americans who gassed the Syrians and tried to blame it on the Syrian govt.
