Competent and Trump never go together. The dude managed to bankrupt the casinos (not an easy task), along with every business for which public records exist. Plus starting few proven outright frauds like Trump University and Trump Charity (using charity funds to buy his own portrait was classic).
The Trump BK rate for multiple business owners is extremely low--in fact nearly non-existent.
