nah, i was short Canadian dollar futures.
investing.com calendar lists all the main announcements. i knew ahead of time there would be an report at 3pm and also a conference at 4.15pm BST. Was jittery, i know how currencies like to spike...hence the order.

where will you exit your loonie position? i wish i had kept mine, it's broken 5 year lows and is heading for 6 yr lows
already exited, but it's not the loonie's fault. I was just too long USD, so I needed something to get long against it, and CAD looked like the best bet. I will scalp it from both sides until it shows me it is ready to move again. That loonie and cl have moved in concert for quite some time.nah, i was short Canadian dollar futures.
