You know..... when half the world believed the earth was flat, and the other half didn't... a full HALF were wrong.
The theists are now part of the old school half which cling to the belief that the world is still flat
( aka god exists)

we are right. Just look at the world. Your proof of gods existence and dont even realize it. Like duh.
Yeah... science has all this so called "Evidence" but im going to keep myself completely ignorant of it. No matter how many times you guys shoot me down with your so called "evidence" I will just dismiss it as faith, just like ours.
Most importantly, If I repeat the exact same argument enough times you guys will eventually believe me, even if you shoot me down every time.
Attacking science and discovering any problems with it, magically lends evidence to my creationist position, don't you realize this?
Science is completely backwards. Your supposed to START with a conclusion, like god or creation, and work backwards scratching for evidence to support it and defending it at all any costs.
Hehehe...
Let's get real people. Science and religion couldn't be further apart and religion is dying a slow death. God and creationism only qualifies as a fairy tale, and there are very strong human emotional factors which "push" people to believe it. But in no way can anyone claim that the evidence, or lack thereof, for god or creationism is anywhere NEAR in the same class as that required for all scientific theories.
There is a REASON the members of the NAS are such strongly non-believers, and it has nothing to do with secret societies and secret theist filters. It has everything to do with knowledge of the universe and it's negative correlation with god belief.
Do a search on the web and you will find studies which correlate level of education and god belief.
We need not go any further for an explanation.
God = ignorance of the universe which surrounds you.
No one points at the sun anymore and proclaims APOLLO!
Because we now understand the sun.
And so the "god of the gaps" dies a slow death over the centuries
as science discovers more about the universe which envelops us.
