$600 Tax rebate

ok stupid question, but when I do my taxes is there a separate form to claim this rebate? I haven't been following the news about how to do it
 
no. just file em as normal. If you don't file, no refund supposedly. The IRS should be sending you a letter soon about the refund, but I don't believe you do anything with it. Just an informational thing.
