That's why I wish ET enabled avatars. It would definately cut down on much of the TROLL posts when only posts with pics are taken seriously. JMO

Thanks everyone for attending this year! I apologize for poor ventilation-- I was expecting much better per their claims. Next year, we will either have it at my club ( grand havana ) which has fantastic smoke eaters and airflow, or at a non smoking venue.

Regardless, it was a great time--- fun meeting ProfLogic, Tim Sykes, Spydertrader, Seth Arb ( thanks for the donut!), Robert Weinstein, Red Duke, Phi Sigma Iota, among many other ET ers.

Next year will be bigger and better than ever. Can't wait!

:)

Surf and Anna,

I wish to thank both of you for hosting such a great group of traders as well. It was fun putting a 'face' to their ET member names too.

I wish that Surf and I had more opportunity to 'chew the fat' but I totally understand not wanting to hang in the smoke. I smoked a great cigar (first in 4 years) and I'll still paying for it today. I too wish there were had been a "non smokers" section.

I had the pleasure of meeting & talking to Spyder and found that our market philosophies are quite similar. Talking to other real traders, as well as industry professionals in this environment made the night worth the trip by itself.

A pleasure meeting Tim Sykes, Seth Arb, Robert Weinstein, Red Duke and other ET'ers.

I hope this event grows over the coming years. Look for a sponsor Surf and make it as popular as the after Oscar parties.

Sponsor is a great idea, thanks! I noted your Davidoff cigar, very refined. I smoke cigars, and even for me, it was way too smoky there, so I feel for the non cigar people who attended.

It was great meeting you, also. Perhaps, we should do some fishing this summer?

I still question your method, but you have earned my respect.

Thanks again for the kind words.

That sounds cool. I have wanted to do the boundary waters in minnesota/canada this year--- but upstate Mich sounds interesting as well. keep me posted!

And so traders, the surf fest brings the biggest TA opponents and fanatics together. Friendships are made, fishing trips are booked and the cigar industry skyrockets! :)

Hi ProfLogic,

If you do not mind, please let me know about this venue. I have not fished for years.

Thanks,
redduke
