Only 10% of the US population has been tested till today. There are 26 countries that do better.
So the statement from Trump that "nobody ever did better than we" is fake.
If the US does not quickly takes things serious they will break records. But records that nobody will envy them for. Daily new cases are rising and making new highs. Death rate will increase soon. Southern states are now the biggest problem.

They say the positive rate is increasing so the numbers going up aren’t just because of more testing.
Expected, all the early lockdown states where going to shoot back up after, by the time you realise it's shooting up it's already too late for Lockdowns to do much as infections happened 3weeks area before.
Notice Harder the State was hit 1st wave, Death's per million then the weaker the 2nd wave is ?? Also NYC no 2nd wave they've Peaked ie most people have had it, ie Herd kinda!
Improved Treatment, maybe NYC Vit D3 lacking link they peaked about 1500:1Mil, hoping others will peak around 1000:1Mil. UK's nearing 700:1Mil, Sweden 500:1Mil so might be lower, NYC just bad example / bad treatment?
Increased testing won't change Deaths/Population can't read much into testing other than it's going up, Deaths will follow 7-14days after which means Florida should of started increasing already, interestingly hasn't yet.
Florida is likely already over the Peak infection wise, allowing for the 3week lag to hospital testing, therefore lockdown is pointless as it was in NYC that continued up in lockdown till it peaked.

Unless you do very early very hard lockdown and keep country closed, you can't avoid it and look what happened in Florida, locked down came back.
Chill it's not that bad, it's @0.1%, Plague Black Death 30%, Life gets you over 1% chance of dying every years over all ( lower to 50 then increases to 20% by 85 )

It's the herd mentality of everyone. Monkey see monkey do. Now when they mention it on the news and enforce lockdowns everyone is going to be like "Oh no! This virus is bad! I need to quarentine immediately!"
NO, Trump told it was just a flue that would magically disappear again.
I hope that magic comes soon as there are already 131,000 dead.
These 131,000 dead are in all newspapers too, they are probably fake too.
The + 30,000 dead in New York are fake too...
