If you want a model to predict Obama's s^&t then look at Chavez of Venezuela. That pos came into office and started seizing the most beautiful properties "for the people". The people never set foot on them it's safe to say. He waited for capitalists to build things like shopping malls then would decide "that is too nice not to belong to the people" and he would take it over.. Safe to say that biatch amassed a personal fortune before he croaked.
