You read on the news, black people are uncooperative with law enforcement, not snitching on each other, etc.

Go smoke on a public beach and a white person will turn you in, black people might ask you for a cigarette but they ain't going to rat you out even if they don't smoke.

White people appreciate the notion that if you have some order in your culture you can have a life. Blacks are just careless 24/7 and they get that level of culture that they live on... Africa, Inner City, California High Desert towns, same s%^t different location...
