We need to support our black youths so that they are less likely to begin a life of crime and incarceration.

I am sure that in some areas it is indeed 20%+. But we are looking at the overall national level, which includes purely white areas.

I feel very bad that our fellow black citizens disproportionately end up caged, and I wish there was a simple solution to this tragedy.

I'm not taking testosterone shots because I can't/couldn't perform. I'm taking because I am having trouble losing weight.
