5% of black men in prison

Quote from Brass:

Have you looked around lately? Stormfront has all but taken over P&R. While there had always been a subtle racist undertone here at P&R, it has become progressively more overt. Whether it is a matter of these bad haircuts becoming bolder or just more stupid, thinking they still have some remnant of plausible deniability, is debatable. But they have virtually free rein at P&R and, sure enough, they fester when left unfettered.

Honestly I have to thank Joe for this. His lack of moderation has emboldened them to post such damning material that now there is nothing left to do but sit back and hit em with their own stuff.:D

Kinda like Obama is going to do with Mittens here shortly.:)

Figgers. U have a DUI conviction. At least you are honest Lucrum and that takes balls.

+1
Well, he is getting some outside help:

It is now, I was having and still am having trouble losing any weight. So after having a blood test I started testosterone therapy several months ago...

And I bet it makes your nipples hard doesn't?

Quote from Thunderdog:

Please stop with the bedroom talk. You're making my nipples hard.

Oh, wow, I feel bad now.

Seriously. I did not know that was his condition.

Luke, I walk 6-9 miles per day to pull of that last 25 I need to get to IBW. If you train very hard, you won't need the creams.

If you still drink to excess, slow that down. There is clinical evidence that it impairs testosterone and encourages estrogen.

Damn Brass, I really do feel badly now.:(

I think you should discuss your ongoing and unrelenting male nipple fixation with your doctor, and ask him if he is perhaps giving you testosterone from gay unicorns.

Another thread gone off the rails. Here's some perspective form a person who has used, abused and been addicted to alcohol and drugs, and spent some time in a cell. That person would be me.
Jailing abusers and users is a waste of time and money. Rehab can be a waste of time and money as well, but it does need to be offered at least once. Weed should be legalized, but crack? There are no recreational crack users. DUI first offenders should be given nothing but a slap should they blow less than .12 or so. Higher than that, you're f'n drunk and need to be punished. Second offenders is a whole different story. They need severe punishment which includes jail time and loss of license.
It's an up hill battle all the way. Most will never rehabilitate, most will never really care. After nearly 27 years of experience working with drunks and addicts all I can say is everyone deserves a chance, maybe two, but most will fuck it up. It's just the nature of addiction.

Nah, don't feel bad. He was bragging in the other thread.

6-9 miles of walking daily? Wow. I walk a few miles a couple of times a week aside from my gym workouts, but nothing approaching 6-9 miles daily. I tried running recently, and probably bit off more than I could chew (should have started with jogging), and developed ITBS. So now it's back to walking, perhaps interspersed with a bit of jogging until I get better. I'm using an IT Band wrap for support. Funny, I do a very fast walk in the gym on the treadmill at maximum incline for cardio after weights, and I never experienced ITBS. And I still don't. It only arises during and after running.

A good arguement for providing better services for juevenile offenders. We need to invest in treatments or rehabs for young kids when they're more susceptible to changing behavior.

Easier to change kids than adults.

I wouldn't say kids are easier to change it's just that most people transition to adulthood without persisting pathological behavior.
