5 mins and 15 mins charts of 2008

hi all, where can i get 5 mins and 15 mins charts of 2008 whole year.

I know 2 places freestockcharts.com and barchart.com, both of them can not supply the data above.


I tested a routine on SPY, signal developed from last week data only, then trade on a certain day of current week. max holding period is 2.5 day. signal gives "long", "short", "dont go" 3 types of order.

After eye checking 150 weeks, 2013 apr to 2014 apr, 2009 apr to 2010 apri, 2011 feb to 2012 feb. Produced 60 long or short, yearly return is small.

what interest me is, 150 signals alert 90 "dont go", all other 60 orders never been lose even once. worst situation is sold at even price. That is why I want to check if this routine can keep "never lose" in down trend frame, such as 2008 or its meaningless?

any other free and quick way to test it:D

I am not sure if there is a source of free intraday data that goes back that far. There may be, but I am just not aware of one.

There are a number sources where you could pay for such data though. I would recommend QuantQuote, but there are many others (IQFeed, etc.).
