Stupid people harming themselves and others around them is an unsolvable problem. They can't all get locked up to protect them from doing harm to themselves and others. The best attempt at a solution is to keep them stupid enough to live a life in servitude to the ruling class without noticing it but not too stupid that they see no other way out other than lashing out. Put TVs, mobile phones, 2 cars and the dream of property ownership into their heads and you have people who are willing to commute 2 or 3 hours a day, hand over 50% of their income after taxing them 5 to 6 times from gross income to grocery purchase and otherwise have them live a life made of dreams and opioids. That's how it works. Just don't think, shake the tree, and stage a revolution.
