This youtube differs by 1=1st betting round starts from the weakest card and 2=both face-down cards are opened at once

I played 'poker' growing up in Asia and recall the followings:

1. ante everyone
2. 1st card face-down
3. 2nd card face-up
4. betting round starts by the top face-up card
5. 3rd card face-up
6. betting round by the top face-up cards
7. 4th card face-up
8. betting round by the top face-up cards
9. 5th card face-down
10. each player decides which one of the two face-down cards to open
11. betting round by the top face-up cards
12. open the last face-down card and winner determined
