Im pleased to announce that the Spanish Stallion has returned now tho..
Well wont be here as much as i used to, as i cant use computers from personal usage stuff from our control room,
but im going to start practising trading by ''putting orders for the next day in the night before, between 7.30pm - 9pm''.
Until 9th May im still offically in training though, so i can work very flexible hours and take days off whenever i want,
since as long as i pass the tests between 5th - 8th no-one actually cares what i do. lol
I was really seriously nervous when i 1st started the job, as everything looked so complex and i had to learn all the different map locations and get perfect at using the police and townlink radios n stuff while under emergency pressure situations.
But im so extremely glad that i started my fulltime working career in the stockmarket,
where you not only have to learn how to use everyone and be an expert at understanding whatever is thrown at you by the market, but even once you have all that you have to get the skills of working under constant extreme pressure that no other job comes close to,
and with not only no-one to help you if you get into difficultly,
but with actually everyone else in the market trying every trick imaginable to screw you over on an hourly basis!!
It was a really great foundation basis to launch career from.
Although i do have to admit that part of me does miss the action and excitement that you have forced onto you in it.
Since in what i do now, i work for the Public Security Service,
which is a government agency not police, so i dont have any duties like the PCs do about having to respond to call-outs and walk the beat and stuff,
we are simply there to ''Oversee the area that we cover and make sure the general public is kept in a state of safety and security''.
Or in other words, we just spend the whole day sitting in our control room drinking coffee, using the cameras from our indvidual work-stations to patrol the parks and river are to locate the fittest girls in shortest skirts and then perv on them (while getting paid to do that).
Any actual specific cases that we get given from the police nextdoor which would involve us getting up from out recliner chairs and going out on the streets to locate, trail, and then report back on the actions of an indivual or group...,
we just delegate out to the PCs n PCSOs to do those tasks for us.
We also handle the phoneline for all emergency calls from the public relating to local-government incidents (like if their house falls down, a tree falls on the road, theres a wild dog in their garden, nextdoor neighburs music too loud.. ect),
but we simply delegate those duties out to other government departments to take care of,
and we can be as rude as we like on the phone the boss says as we are just handling calls as a favour to the local government (although i dont want to be as rude as he is to most callers).
