One things you can do is putting disclamer that you are anybody who takes your advice do so on their own accord and it is 100% their responsibility. Especially for newbie who are using spanish stop.

But just to lay out the facts about the scams n stuff- lol

*I dont pay any sort of taxes..
But thats cos i trade through a spreadbetting firm, and so when others are paying $1 comission per trade, im paying $150+ comission per every single trade!

So i am prepared to take that extra toughness and strain, and be tax exempt then.

*I dont pay council tax, electricty bill, tv license or any national utility sort of bill since because my flat was a brand new build it wasnt already on the systems n databases of anywhere.
And especially since they went onto the market and got taken by me before it was even fully finished, it was never ever declared as being finished.
So as far as the government or anyone elses knows this address just simply doesn't exist!!

And because i have been self employed all my life so have never registered with any government thing for tax or anything like that, the government have absolutely no record of where i am now existing, or if im even still alive!!


Im not actually doing anything illegal though!


Im simply living my life and existing like i have a right to do so.
Its upto the government and local council to contact me if they want to ask me to pay council tax!
NOT MY LEGAL DUTY TO CONTACT THEM, and 'ask them for tax'!

I dont own this property, and so its not my legal duty to register it with the local council, thats my landlord's responsibility.
Just like if he wants to have me start paying the electricty bills here then he should contact whichever gas company provide the energy for this flat and let them know to start charging me not him.
(however he owns a property firm that owns 100s of flats, and so he doenst go around checking every little bill that is coming out of his 'overheads' account). lol

SO i dont disturb him about this, and he doesnt disturb me.


The tv lisencing say ''we have a record of every address in uk that we have thw right to get money from for them to have a tv, and so go on our website, select you address out of the list, and start paying us your cash.
(we wont actually provide you any service though!!)

So i did exactly that, i went on their website, looked through their list when typed in my postcode, it had the block of flats next to mine, but my block isnt on their system though!!

Ok, well thats their problem now and upto them to put me on their system now.. lol
Ive done my job of being willing to pay them, but if they dont inlcude my address under the list of places that ''owe them money'', well thats their list and their choice.

Im not gna complain.

I happily pay sky £26 per month for my tv n internet.



And as far as having that young student nextdoor who cant even afford a tv, be paying for my hot water bills!!

Well do i look like a fuking plumber??? HAHA
I wasnt the 1 who built this flat and messedup the pipes so they lead into just 1 base but provide both flat with water, i dont work at the water company who is sending him the bills every month...,

i simply rent out this flat and pay my landlord the money that he asks for everyone month.


no-one else asks for money, so i dont go and payout anyone else money. *Simple*

Spanish, why did you decide go short yesterday at $49ish ? - I ask as it was $1 below the top of the hourly trendline, therefore it turned before it should.

I can see no indicators as to why I should have shorted there

Wow, another great call, switched on this morning and oil (jan) was bang on $45, give or takje the spread. My jan contracts expire this evening so wondered wether to roll them or let them die.

When is opec meeting and is it possible that they will cut more extreme than predicted to get oil back up?

when have i put the boot in to Spanish? I've merely stated my opinion that a lot of people blindly follow him without really understanding what they are doing, looking for a quick buck.

I have never said a bad word about Spanish! If it wasn't for him id probably still be stuck at my crappy job instead of making 3-5 k per week!

Poprh hasn't said enything bad either from what ive seen (i dont use trade 2 win) Porcel hasn't either, and apparently there are two 'candles' about (dont know of the one on t2w has said anything negative) but the one on here has encouraged him from what ive seen??

THs market today has been the shittest ive seen for months though!!!

so slow n sluggish, no bounce or movement,
its cos everyones already started their xmas holiday probs! lol



Im about to dump this trade if we can get to 45.92 and so il take about £600 after spread and be out finally

Aloha mate called sell oil at mid 49s yesterday as i could just see it was an easy sell.

I dont use 'inidcators', those lines are there but i only use them for pip-perfect precision, mostly the trades are just decided by my looking at the screen, seeing a formation, and just seeing the move so trading it.


Yesterday was another simple game of just playing of the %s.


Since i saw oil had gone up 13 t 14% (while i was asleep), that was a ridiculous increase, and so obvious a sell that you could nab 3 t 5% out of atleast, market did then fall down after that,
it then bounced back up to the mid 49s,
(i saw it could have resistance at 49.56 since that was the resistance from the head n shoulders from the other spike to 50, and thats why i said i wasnt gna go in too big at that time since i knew if it bounced back through that and broke 50 it could rise maybe half dollar t 60cents more, so i could wait and added more sells in there instead).


But market didnt manage to break .56, and so crashed extremely hard just after i called sell.



Btw i just cashed out my longs as market hit 45.65..

and am extremely pleased i did as market now dropped again.

aloha,

no money yet, still have that long (50p) at 46.01. it expires this evening so i'm thinking of closing it down and not rolling it but am not sure. any advise would be great and i know not all calls are correct but most of yours are.
